This project began with a bespoke customer design, tailored specifically for a premium show home environment. Cut to Size stepped in to transform the original concept into a fully manufacturable solution, ensuring it could be produced efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard of finish.

Working closely with the client’s specifications, our team developed production-ready models from the initial design, making key adjustments for structural integrity, material optimisation, and fabrication ease, without compromising on the visual intent.

The entire system was manufactured using high-quality MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard), selected for its durability, clean finish, and suitability for edge banding. Every panel was precision CNC-cut and edge-banded to ensure a seamless, high-end aesthetic across all visible surfaces.

Unlike flat-pack alternatives, this project was supplied fully assembled, allowing the installation to be completed quickly on site with minimal disruption. The end result was a polished, showroom-ready environment that delivered both on appearance and practicality.
