Founded in 2021, Cut to Size was created to offer a smarter, more personal approach to CNC manufacturing. What started as a compact workshop quickly evolved into a fully equipped production facility, serving clients across furniture, interiors, retail, fit-out, and more.

Design
Whether you’re starting with a sketch, a CAD model, or just a rough idea, our design team will help you shape it into something manufacturable. We optimise for material use, reduce complexity, and provide prototype samples if needed.

Manufacture
Our CNC routers and laser cutters handle complex geometries, multiple materials, and batch production, accurately and consistently. We work to tight tolerances (±1 mm), ensuring every component is cut to spec.

Finish
Need more than just cut parts? We offer in-house assembly for frames, panels, and components, as well as spray finishing for colour-matched or protective coatings. Parts can be supplied flat-packed or fully assembled, depending on your needs.

Delivery
