FURNITURE MANUFACTURE
Cut to Size have undertaken work for many large furniture manufacturers, from small prototype works to large scale rollouts. Using our experience in design we have been able to reduce client costs by offering alternative build procedures and more efficient nesting, saving on material and labour costs.
REAL WOOD MACHINING
Our CNC machines are able to cut any hardwood, from walnut to oak. We can offer high gantry clearance to machine hard or softwood pieces up to 80mm thick. Cut to Size also offer CNC lathe facilities and are proud to be able to offer wood turning options for our customers.
LARGE SCALE MANUFACTURING
Whether its ten or ten thousand, Cut to Size’s workflow has been set up to cope with manufacturing on a large scale.
We have dedicated areas for each process, that are carefully and systematically checked, ensuring that everything is quality controlled multiple times before being packed and despatched to you.
BESPOKE DESIGNS
Our dedicated design team have extensive experience with various CAD packages and can take your drawing from a simple sketch to a production drawing. Cut to Size can produce prototype projects with short lead times, helping you speed up product development.
Point Of Sale
At Cut to Size, we understand the importance of time management within the shopfitting industry. With short lead times and flexible delivery windows, we ensure we are able to deliver to you on time and in full, ensuring you can hand over your projects on schedule.
MULTIPLE MATERIALS
From plywood to plastic, Rigatex to Richlite. With tooling stocked to cope with all major material types we are able to offer quick turnarounds and clean cuts of all materials. Our high horsepower spindles mean we can run our machines quicker, reducing production times and in turn, cost.
BESPOKE WALL CLADDING
We produce cladding panels for high end hotels and office buildings from a range of pre-selected designs. Cut to Size also offer a bespoke cladding design service to replicate existing panels or for a full custom design.
PROTOTYPING
To help our customers design and engineer products, our prototyping service includes a fast turnaround. We are also able to retain any offcuts from prototyping to use against a future order.
ACOUSTIC PANELS
Much like our wall cladding panels we have a pre-determined selection of acoustic panels that we are able to offer. If your requirements are more bespoke, our designers will be pleased to offer design solutions.
SMALL BATCH JOBS
Cut to Size aim to offer competitive pricing and excellent customer service on all jobs. If you have specific requirements for a small project, we would be happy to help. No job is too small.
