bespoke wall panels

This project involved the design and manufacture of a series of bespoke wall panels, each featuring unique geometric cut-outs and crafted for high-impact visual appeal. The panels were produced using Valchromat, a premium, coloured-through MDF known for its structural integrity and rich, matte surface finish.

Each panel was CNC-machined to precise specifications, with custom patterns carefully cut into the surface to create bold, dimensional effects. The geometric designs varied across panels, requiring tight tolerances and controlled repeatability to maintain visual consistency across the entire installation.

To add depth and variation, the panels were produced in a range of Valchromat colours, including charcoal black, natural, and muted grey tones. The through-colour nature of Valchromat meant no exposed raw edges, creating a seamless finish with minimal post-processing.
